Design/ build is the process that stats with us visiting with you at your home and listening to your wants and needs. It is the start of a process of building communication and trust . We all have dreams of what we want however the reality of a budget is the reality of life. Together we start like at the top of a cyclone and work our way down to the project you want and one you can do. This requires a design, plan and estimate, which usually is about 2-4% of your project costs. Leaving you with 96-98% of your budget to use on your actual project.

If you have a plan you already are aware of it's cost. A plan from an architect can cost up to or even greater then 10-15 % of you budget. Also the plan you get from an Architect does not include an estimate. We will be glad to give you an estimate for a fee based on the size and cost of the plan. We have worked with several Architects.

Is the processes of working with the home owner from the start of the project assisting them in designing their project , we have a program that allows us to share with the home owner a 3D image . This allow us together to make the changes you can't see on a flat print. The 3D looks very much like the real finished project.
